Privacy during work-related communication

Throughout our work together, from the moment an agreement is reached and a contract is signed, we commit to work in full discretion and keep any information in confidence. Only our team and relevant partners will have access to the information and output produced as part of our work. The information related to our projects will be stored safely in a private cloud to ensure limited access by foreign parties.

Sharing vital project information with external partners whose relevance for the project is clear, will only be done with the explicit consent of the customer.

Storage period

Our general criterion is that we only store personal data for as long as is absolutely necessary to provide our services and products. This means that we delete personal data as soon as the reason for data processing no longer exists. In some cases, we are legally obliged to store certain data even after the original purpose has ceased, for example for accounting purposes.

Your data will be saved in our system for a limited period of time in which we communicate our offer with you. Details such as your name, company name, phone number and email will be kept for a reasonable amount of time to benefit you and fulfil your requested service.

If you wish to have your data deleted or revoke your consent to data processing, the data will be deleted as quickly as possible and unless there is an obligation to store it.
